K.C Rathnamma serves as the President of Sankalpa Charitable Trust, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the organization. With a distinguished career in Elimination of poverty, she has been instrumental in advancing Education and training to rural people.

Under K.C Rathnamma's leadership, Sankalpa Charitable Trust has been actively involved in Providing Shelters and study facilities to students and woman, she is committed to Everyone has to Educate by parrallel learning and Earning, with the great vision and  Thoughts of Sri Nalvadi krishnarajendra odeyar.

Prior to joining Sankalpa Charitable Trust, K.C Rathnamma held co-ordinator at Azzadd Rural development NGO, where She is the daughter of Sri Chowdappaji, The great scholar from Mysore, having knowledge of playing 10 -15 instruments provided music education to maximum 1000++ Students in the different area of Music .

Smt.K.C Rathnammma is dedicated to social-Economic services to poor people and Adhi vassi people, helping for Recognising health check up to rural sector and Elimination of poverty by giving skills training to rural sector , ensuring that NGI Trust continues to  Earlier detection of Breast cancer in woman's and special contribution to rural schools and orphans education.
